i just had a random person adding me both on friendster and face book. rwar. i dont really care la. so i just added him. then i usually delete all facebook invites, till it was from this person. haha. i hope that i can talk to him soon! =)
anyway after today's Christmas party, whilst i was travelling back from outram park to eunos, i decided to read the cards that people wrote for me.
and after reading everything, i just feel so blessed by the people around me, by this great family of God that God placed me in.
I really cannot see how people can stand missing out all the good stuff that's inside. there are so, so much things in for us, which are beyond mere description. its something you need to immerse yourself in, and be blessed by it.
some of the cards were rather funny at times. take kat's card for example. there was this part which says "...once an AJCian, always an AJCian. even die also die as an AJC ghost." Then i like immediately burst out laughing in the train, that i had to cup my mouth to stifle my laugher, else people think I'm mentally abnormal... but some other were heart warming...
and i really thank God for the fruits that God has showered into my life recently. you really see how everything ripens, blooms and are now thriving as your past labour have born fruits. and these fruits are eternal. they are certainly heart warming... investment in people's lives/relationships are just about one of the greatest things that God wants you to do so much.
ok, singers' retreat tomorrow. and im very tired/sleepy now.
bottomline, im very thankful for the relationships forged in this house. they really do last...! =)
