i just read this article, written 15th March on ST, about
Varsity Squeeze.upon reading it, i got extremely sianned by it.
it writes than amongst the 1,950 applicants for the most competitive medical course in Singapore, only 250 got in.
thats 12.8% of the applicants. (and by my estimation relative to the whole cohort, its only 2% of it.
1.98%)
and all of them have straight As. more than 7 distinctions. with many, many interns. fantastic CCA records. (captain, overseas CIP, overshadowing doctors in Hospitals during holidays, etc.)
lol. i should pray about alternative choices, which i can make for the time being. maybe i'll end up being a doctor only after 21 years, like Dr William Tan. LOL. But... its still tough. :/

ORDwhen you're different, you're different. when you're blessed and when God is with you, things are significantly different. and you'll be the exceptional few who are different.
its a choice, to choose your ways. to choose a blameless life, or one which is deceitful and full of hypocrisy.
a walk consists of many steps. it takes a journey, a period of continual obedience and acts of blamelessness to fulfill it.
and only the Word of God counts. nothing but the infallible truth.

today went for piano. then metamorphosis! haha. then dinner, then concert. =) then...... we (the caregroup) went to eat cafe cartel together. haha. its me who intro-ed them into the half-priced cakes thing. they are all going to grow fat cause of all the high-carbo-glucose intake. HAHAH.
and then there i am home. gna meet ppl tmr. watch leap years. study. meet jontay. yay.

celebrated litings birthday.
bluffed her here and here. then gave her a total of about 12 roses like the ones shown below. haha. for those who might know, this is another attempt to mimic the valentine's shot i look in cj. but the rose really very nice lei!
hah. made her walk around various spots at ps to find us, listening to our affirmations, before heading towards istana park. then we arranged the tea candles in the following formation, (to copy her signature symbol. lol.) and prayed for her.
i bet the family which walked past us thought that we were a cult. lol.
maybe a normal heart shape would have done the trick. but oh well...
so this was sunday..
